A Caldwell salon owner wanted a buzzer system to screen people after hours. We had to change the door hardware, and install a Adams Rite electric strike. What is pictured is his work station. We ran molding for the wires,
to a box, and ran the wire for the release button through his storage cabinet, which you can see on the side.
A commercial real estate management office on Prospect Street in East Orange NJ wanted to control clients coming into their office. We suggested a Aiphone ccs-1a intercom to speak to the client. Then we installed a Linear/ IEI 212w entry keypad for the employees, with a Camden release button inside to “buzz” clients in.
A large day care on Eagle Rock Avenue in Roseland NJ needed their entry system replaced. As you see from the picture, outside they have gone through equipment over the years. We integrated their existing system with an Linear/ IEI 212 keypad, the one pictured in the middle. The keypad was for staff and parents. We installed the Von Duprin power supply, for the electrified panic bar, and the keypad, inside. The release button, was positioned near their existing video intercom.
We installed a Comelit HFX700 video intercom for a customer in Fanwood NJ. Now they can safely answer the door.
Provide and install in lower Montclair, Door King 1800 series telephone entry system, with electric strike, in residential apartment building.

A customer called that had a whole house Nutone intercom, in Sparta, NJ. The system had never worked properly. We verified the models of the existing system and the wiring in the walls. The customer also wanted to use their I pad for playing music on the system. We discussed the replacement and settled on the new Nutone whole house intercom replacement. We also custom installed a digital Teac I pod interface into the system. This consisted of nine inside stations, a master station, and a outside station with bell button.
Our customer called, their 20 year old telephone entry system had failed, in Montclair. We replaced it with a Door King 1800 series entry system. The visitor dials two digits that correspond to the tenant. The system dials the tenants phone number and the tenant answers. They can speak to each other through the system. If the tenant wants to, they can buzz in the visitor, through their own phone. These systems eliminate the need for intercoms in every apartment. Greatly reducing maintenance costs associated with maintaining intercom systems in commercial buildings.
We had a call from Lyndhurst , NJ from a new home owner. They wanted door bells for each of the two units in their two family house.
We suggested Video intercoms, produced by Comelit of Italy.
Beautiful modern styling at a very reasonable price.
