A new condo building in Union City, NJ needed some work.
They needed a lock with multiple codes for a package closet. So different delivery services could leave parcels for tenants.
We installed an Alarm Lock DL2700 keypad lock, and latch guard in brushed silver.
Electromagnetic Lock Installed in Mausoleum
A customer called, with a mausoleum, in the Montclair NJ area. The door needed to be open during viewing hours, but lock up by itself after hours.
We installed an electromagnetic lock, with an outside keypad, and released inside by a panic bar and release or request to exit button. 
Hardware for Electronic Release on Main Entry Doors
A long term customer in Montclair called for hardware replacement on their two main entry doors, to be electrically released. The doors were challenging to say the least. Extremely heavy steel stock with expanded mesh.
The old hardware holes did not correspond with the new ones. We helped them to hire welders, who under our direction, covered old holes, and installed metal plates to receive the new electric strikes. We used Von Duprin heavy duty rim mounted panic bars with stationary pulls. We used HES surface mounted electric strikes. 
Security Lock for Montclair NJ Boutique
A merchant on Church Street needed to control traffic into their boutique for off hours security. We changed the hardware on their door using Adams rite hardware. We also added an Adams Rite electric strike which was cut into the frame. This way they can”buzz” people in.
